Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & PAYMENT 50% or full payment is required to secure Studio and Outdoor bookings. 75% or full payment is required to secure Wedding and Corporate Event bookings. Balance must be paid on the day of the shoot or event. DELIVERY OF PICTURES / VIDEO Studio/Outdoor/Location: within 72-96 hours (3-4 working days) Wedding Pictures: within 2 weeks after the shoot Corporate Event Video and Pictures: varies depending on client request (24hrs to 1 week or more) Short & Other Videos: varies depending mostly on agreement done / client request SELECTION OF PICTURES Select pictures immediately after receiving the unedited pictures link. Incase of late selection, all pictures will be deleted within 30 days after the photoshoot. ADDITIONAL FEES Extras (pictures, video or time extension) will be charged according to Nash Empire Studio rates. LATE FOR APPOINMENT: Please arrive on time. We will only conduct your session within the remaining time of your booked slot. Clients who arrive late are required to pay the full amount or remaning balance for their session. If time is available, you may be allocated another time slot on the same day, subject to a penalty charge. CANCELLATION POLICY. Studio/Outdoor/Location/Makeup: 5-7 days before the date: 30% deduction 3-4 days before the date: 40% deduction 2 days before the date: 50% deduction 1 day / 24hrs before shoot : 80% deduction 23hrs - 0hrs : They will be no refund and remaning balance must be paid. WEDDING & EVENTS: 1 month before the date: 20% deduction 3 weeks before the date: 30% deduction 2 weeks before the date: 60% deduction 1 week before the date: 80% deduction 4-6 days before the date: 90% deduction 1-3 days: They will be no refund and remaning balance must be paid RESCHEDULING POLICY Studio/Outdoor/Location / Makeup: 5-7 days before the date: 10% deduction 3-4 days before the date: 20% deduction 2 days before the date: 25% deduction - 1 day / 24 hours before the session: 30% deduction REFUND POLICY No refunds will be given for: Missing an appointment Not liking a photo Selecting an incorrect photo Overdue selection period Not liking the location/venue Late arrival for photoshoot Once rescheduled, cancellation will result in no refund.
